What is the benefit of booking directly with you vs your Turo link?

The most cost effective way to book a car is with us directly. We achieve this by using the guest’s personal full coverage insurance. This eliminates Turo’s trip fees, insurance and extra airport fees they collect. Also some high end cars require our guests to be at least 25 yrs old. Through a little more screening and a small fee we are able to rent those cars to guests who are at least 21 yrs old. We reserve the right to refuse anyone.

How can I book without full coverage insurance?

Your major credit card may offer protection while renting a vehicle so that’s an option. You may also temporarily upgrade your insurance to cover your rental. This most times works out less expensive than buying Turo’s protection plan and their trip fees. If you don’t personally own a car then you’ll likely have to use my Turo link and we’ll get you set up.

How Long is the rental period?

Cars are booked in 24 hr increments. If you are running behind at the end of your trip, communication is key. We do have a small grace period and late fees will be assessed after that. Also, if you go over your allotted miles you ill get a per mile overage charge.

Do you deliver?

Yes, at the time of your booking you may select from our list of popular locations or request your own location within 25 mile of our base. If your location is farther than 25 miles then plz let us know and we make it happen prorated.

Will there be a deposit?

Yes, the amount varies but, all cars booked directly with us will have a refundable deposit and will be shown at checkout. Deposits will be refunded up to 3 days after your trip ends without incident.

What form of payments do you accept?

We accept major credit cards. Debit cards require 50% higher deposit and we do not accept gift cards or refillable cards.

Are there any hidden fees?

We built our business on return customers, so we try to avoid any post-trip fees. What you see on the checkout page is the final total however, a guest may incur additional charges from braking our simple rules. We providing very clear instructions via automated messaging at the time of booking and on the listing guidelines. If you smoke anything or vape in our vehicles you will be charged $150 and banned. If you cause any physical or mechanical damage to the vehicle, minor or major there may be fees associated.

May I travel out of state?

ANY out of state travel requires preapproval and is strictly enforced. We do not usually allow out of state travel in our high end cars, approval is on a case by case basis.

TIPS:

​Report any accidents, theft, or damage to us immediately

​A police report at the time of the incident is required. You would give the officer and anyone involved your rental agreement and personal insurance policy details.

​Call us to report any roadside issues during business hours. For after hours, please keep all receipts and contact us as soon as possible.

​Smoking and vaping is prohibited and will result in a $150 fine and the loss of rental privileges

​All drivers must provide a valid driver’s license at the time of the rental. Absolutely no unauthorized drivers.

​All vehicles are equipped with location and performance tracking devices. Any tampering or removal of the devices are reported instantly and will result in your trip being terminated and a fine of up to $250 will be charged.
